Do you mass produce Christmas cards? I do. And these simple border Christmas cards are so quick and easy. Lawn Fawn’s Simply Celebrate Winter (and many other Simply Celebrate line) is a great stamp set to get a bunch of different looks without much effort.

I used several different methods for these cards including Copic coloring, stamping with colored ink on white cardstock, heat embossing, and using colored pencil.

For the first card, I stamped the tree border in green ink on white cardstock and then used the coordinating die to cut it out. I die-cut a panel of kraft cardstock using a stitched rectangle die and centered it on a white, top-folding notecard. Then, I used foam tape to pop-up each border of trees and the stamped sentiment.

The snowman card is all flat. I stamped this border in dark blue ink on light blue cardstock. Then, I colored in each snowman with a white colored pencil. I also, used dark and light blue colored pencil to color the accessories of each snowman. An orange colored pencil would look muddy on the blue cardstock so I used a gold shimmer brush marker instead to fill in the noses.

I stamped the ornament border in Versamark ink on red cardstock then used gold embossing powder to heat emboss the image. Then I used the coordinating die to cut out the image. I popped up each border on the front of an A2 notecard. The sentiment is heat embossed in the same color as the ornaments.

The gingerbread cookies are a little bit off on the spacing. Instead of starting over or thinking my card is terrible, I made it look like it was on purpose. I added a skinny piece of washi tape. This could also be a piece of cardstock or ribbon but washi tape was in front of me so that’s what I used. I dotted the buttons in red and green Stickles.

The last border Christmas cards is the most time consuming because I colored each image with Copic markers.
