Reboot Mother’s Day Card
A few years ago I made a Mother’s Day card and sold a few. It’s still one of my favorite cards. Today I’m recreating that card using a different color pallet. Here’s the original card.

First, I stamped the flower image from the Best Mom stamp set on Neenah Solar White using Make Forte Eclipse Black ink. (Man do I love that ink!) I colored the flowers in navy and of course green for the leaves. And I used the coordinating die to cut out the image.
Next, I stamped and heat embossed the background in gold on dark gray cardstock. I trimmed out this panel with a stitched rectangle frame and then mounted it on light gray cardstock with foam tape.
Finally, I stamped the sentiment on navy cardstock in white embossing powder. I trimmed the sentiment with a stitched rectangle frame to. The flower is glued directly to the background panel. The sentiment is popped up with foam tape.
