We’re doing some paper piecing with a fun Gnome SVG. I created a custom sentiment too.
Watch this quick video to see how I created this slimline card. The products used are linked at the bottom of this post.
First, I cut out all of the pieces from white heavy weight cardstock using my Silhouette Cameo. You can cut each piece from what ever color cardstock you want to.
I ink blended the body in red then stamped the paid in black. Also, added some dark red ink around the edge. I ink blended the green too with two shades of green.
I Copic colored the beard, nose, and boots. That beard is a great way to practice you long flicks!
The sentiment was created on my Silhouette too. I designed it in Silhouette Studio with two of my favorite fonts from the Farmhouse Fonts Bundle. I used the Apple Butter font and Farmhouse Script font.
I used the pen holder to draw the sentiment then cut it out.
Check-out these creations from Lollipots-n-Polkadots and Diana’s Craftroom!
