Do you have any hunters in your family? Or even just someone that really loves camo? Then this card is for you! Today we’re creating a super simple camo background and adding a stencil imprint instead of a stamp.

Simple Camo Background

I used the same method of creating a galaxy background without covering everything in black ink. All you have to do is ink blend blobs of camo colors. I used Distress Oxide inks but you can use whatever inks you have on hand.

Don’t forget your flicks of water to get some spots. You can use green ink or black to create speckles if you want.

Then I inked one side of a stencil and ran it through my die cutting machine to press the color into the paper.

I didn’t have any dies I liked for the letters so I cut the sentiment on my Silhouette from the Handwriting Font Bundle using Autumn Bonfire.
