You’re going to finally use it and make some fun and easy Christmas cards with it.

Here’s the video of all the cards. All of the products I used are linked at the bottom of the post. I’ve included some more patterned papers too. You know just in case you need to replenish your stash. 🙂

Bright Patterned Papers

The first set of cards I used some candy colored, fun patterned papers. I’m pretty sure these are from Lawn Fawn. Pair these kind of fun papers with pops of black or darker solid colors that coordinate with the paper. Keep them simple so that paper really stands out.

Traditional Patterned Papers

When you’re using some more traditional prints, pair it with kraft colored cardstock and white for a classic look. Add shine and sparkle with glitter paper.

I added black cardstock under the banner to give it a shadow and make it really pop off the card. Also, I went a little old school and did a lot of paper layers on that card but left a big wide border for that patterned paper to show.

Black & White Patterned Papers

Black and white patterned papers are super popular. They can be paired with almost anything and be beautiful!. These cards are really simple with silver mirror cardstock sentiments.

Mixing Patterned Papers

You can mix your patterned papers too. Especially if they are from the same paper pack. They are meant to go together already so why not mix them up a bit. I cut two frames and put them over the more neutral background. For this card I heat emboss the sentiment in white.

Tips for using the scraps

Now more than likely you’ll have strips of cardstock from where you’ve trimmed down panels. Use those to create cards too! Those card sketches for my subscribers will have great suggestions for these cards.

Create a background using strips of patterned paper from the same paper pack.

Make your tags for your Christmas packages using those scraps.

I hope you enjoyed this and use some of your patterned paper to make your Christmas cards!
