Fast Layered Florals with Foiled Sentiment
Hello! Today we are creating a fast layered floral with a foiled sentiment using some stamps and dies by Pinkfresh Studio. I know I’ve been using a lot of products by Pinkfresh lately. I LOVE these stamps and dies. They are just so fun and pretty so I can’t help myself.
The products used in this card are linked at the bottom of this post.
Fast Layered Florals with Foiled Sentiment
The design of this floral image is amazing. I do recommend to die cut the image first before you stamp it. This gives you the perfect placement of each layer of this set. Also, when you stamp the images, start with the stems. All of the other stamps are based around the stems. If the stems are off then the other images will be off too.
The background is stamped in the new Distress Oxide color Speckled Egg. It is the color I was missing and didn’t even know it. It’s such an amazing color. If the color is a little too pronounced for you, try the regular Distress Ink instead of the Distress Oxide color.
I die-cut the floral image twice more so that I could stack them up and give my stamped image a little more depth.
I wanted this card to have that something special so I foiled the sentiment in gold using the Glimmer Hot Foil System. If you need help with the Glimmer Hot Foil System take a look at this post and video.
I kept this card simple by adhering everything straight down to the card front. Then I added clear Stickles in drops across the card front. Don’t forget to add some of those drops on the stamped image too. It’ll pull the entire project together.
I hope you enjoyed this fast layered floral card with foil sentiment. We’ll see you tomorrow.
