Diamond Die-Cut Father’s Day Card
I know diamonds and guys don’t really go together but trust me it really does work in this diamond die-cut Father’s Day card. We are still using the same card sketch and color combinations that we used for the Bow-Ties Are Cool and The Best! Hero Father’s Day Cards.
Card Sketch & Color Combination
This is the card sketch we’ve been using for the last two cards. I’ve used the sketch pretty literally so far but today we are using it as more of an inspiration than a guide. I’m layering the diamond shapes and lining them up down the middle of the card. It’s three diamonds.
Be sure to save the card sketch to your Pinterest board so you can find easily.

Diamond Die-Cut Father’s Day Card
First, I stamped the background directly on the card base. I picked the Catherine Pooler background stamp because it complimented the diamond shape of diamond shape. I used dark navy ink. It has a very different look one kraft cardstock doesn’t it?
Next, I die-cut three of the diamond shapes and the Happy Father’s Day sentiment twice. I stacked the sentiment die sentiment die-cut and glued them together.
Then, I aligned two of the diamonds and then put the third diamond on the top. I added foam tape to the back of the diamonds and adhered it to the middle of the card.
This card is so simple and quick to make I feel like I really shorting you on instructions but it’s just such an easy card to make.
To finish off this card, I glued the sentiment die-cut to the top of the diamonds. The final touch is a little bit of Glossy Accents on the word Father.
That’s all. So easy! I hope you have enjoyed this card today!
