I have a special Christmas gift for y’all! Yes I know it’s only October but this year has been nuts and we’re celebrating early! Yay! I made a Christmas tree SVG background for your cards. And there’s soooo much you can do with it. Before we go much further go grab your Layered Christmas Tree SVG background now.

Christmas Tree SVG – Paper
The first card I created with the Christmas tree SVG cut file was using it pretty straight forward. I cut it from green cardstock. I used the same cardstock for both layers. I ink blended the second layer with dark green ink to show depth.
Don’t like traditional Christmas colors? Change it up and cut it out of blue and purple cardstock for a totally fun look and add silver glitter paper as the last layer. It’s entirely up to you.
Stop right there! Before you toss away those full Christmas trees, use them on a card. You get two cards from one cut. Use the positive outline to place the negative tree shapes. Then use the positive outline as the top layer of your other card.
Christmas Tree SVG – Stencil
You don’t have to use this as just layered paper. Cut out the design and use it as a stencil. I cut it out of stencil material and then layered the trees to create this beautiful card.
Use paper to create a stencil if you don’t have stencil material.
