MTCC Layered Stamped and Die Cut Flowers Card

I’m playing along with the challenge for Make the Cards Challenge today! It’s a color challenge. I promise I’m using all the colors! I made a pile of cards and went back to take the pictures and thought I’d forgotten to make this card but….

The orange color really mellowed as it dried. It was a lot more orange when I was stamping it than it is in the photos. That’s something I find fascinating with different inks.

Some inks will really soften over time. Some won’t change at all. It depends on the ink and the paper. I think I was really shocked at how light the lightest of this was in the end. Because it really got light after a few days. The orange part that is the solid circle of the flower is supposed to be the color for the challenge but….

It the dots on the yellow flower are now. Ah! The challenges of crafting!
