His Love Never Fails Encouragement Card
I made this His Love Never Fails encouragement card several weeks ago using the Mama Elephant ‘His Love Never Fails’ stamp. Emboss resist with an ink blended background packs a punch without being overly complicated. This sentiment is large enough to stand on its own for an A2 sized card.

His Love Never Fails Encouragement Card
First, I used an antistatic powder tool on the white cardstock panel. Then, I stamped this beautiful message from Mama Elephant in Versamark ink on Neenah Solar White 80 lb cardstock. White embossing powder gives the brightest results for emboss resist. Pour the embossing powder over the stamped image and then heat with a heat tool until smooth.
Next, I used Distress Oxide ink to blend the background. Add a few sprinkles of water for some texture. If the embossed image retains some of the ink, use a soft, dry cloth to buff away the ink.
Then, I die cut the frame in black using My Favorite Stamps Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frames Die-namics. I cut down the ink blended panel to be the same size as the frame then adhered the frame directly to the panel.
I also, popped up the panel on some Dessert Storm Neenah cardstock. Then, sprinkled with some iridescent stars and sequins. The sequins came from Cartwright Sequins in the small bulk packs so I can make my own mixes but Pretty Pink Posh makes some really great iridescent sequins mixes. The stars are from my local Michael’s store.
