You can create anything you want with these files! I made four cards to share with you today. Check them out.
A few things to note: When I say die cut from the Bundle below, I’m talking about using my Silhouette Cameo not my Spellbinder’s Platinum 6.
For this first card I used the “hugs” and “FRIEND” sentiments from the bundle. Hugs is a layered stacked die cut for this card. And I used my Foil Quill with some teal foil for the word “FRIEND”.
The background is created using the Spellbinder’s Candlewick Rectangles dies. I embossed the black cardstock instead of die cutting the image. For the white cardstock I die cut one and the layered a solid white panel behind it.
I added some Glitter Brush Marker in clear to the top detail layer of the hugs sentiment and then a thin layer of Glossy Accents.
My second card is all pink! I used my Foil Quill to create one of the Medallion shapes in the Bundle. Then I covered the image with a mask and stamped the background in a super pale pink ink. Then, I trimmed down the panel and popped it up on a darker pink panel.
For some finishing touches I added a stamped image from Catherine Pooler’s Mountain of Thanks stamp set. I die cut the stamped image and then cut two more. I glued the layers together and then colored in the edges with black. It makes that piece jump of the card front! I also, popped up the sentiment that I used from the same stamp set.
I think this one is my favorite card (but don’t tell the other cards). I die cut the Diamond Layered Background from the Bundle. I used pool cardstock and Kraft cardstock. Then I stamped all of the succulent images from the Catherine Pooler Wanna Hug stamp set. I mixed and matched the plants and the bases.
Last but not least is the slimline card. I die cut the 1/8 inch frames included in the bundle. Then I trimmed down a black and white patterned paper for the background. I glued all of that to a piece of white cardstock for the stability.
I stamped out pretty much all of the images from the So Smooth stamp set by Lawn Fawn and Copic colored them.
I added an 1/8 inch strip of black cardstock to give the images something rest on and not just float around on the card front. I die cut each image using the coordinating dies. Some of the images are popped up and some are glued to the front of the card.
Finally, I white heat embossed the sentiment on black cardstock and added drops of teal Nuvo Drops.
Thank you for joining me today and don’t forget to head over to the other blogs and check out the beautiful work using the Card Makers Digital Cut File Bundle.
